Description
Australian Aboriginal Shield, Western Australia. A nicely stone carved shield with zigzag carvings on the face and horizontal lines with WM carvings on the reverse. The entire shield and handle are carved from one piece of hard wood and shows very old traces of ochre. A small crack is present caused by a knot hole with the carvings going around it.
