Just finished this howitzer project after many hours of research, cutting, pattern making, casting lathe work, milling, making nails and much more. Barrel is cast iron painted bronze in automotive paint. This piece is perfect for re-enacting American Revolutionary war as it’s made to exact scale to British 4 & 2/5th” 12pr howitzer. Price is negotiable but shipping and packing is extra. I suggest the buyer researches the shipping and crating cost and what’s involved. The carriage can be dismantled for ease of crating.
